Long time customer, cannot give high enough praise....

I have been a long time customer with the folks at Veatch Ophthalmic Instruments and cannot give high enough praise for their attention to details and their customer service. My first purchase was their ReSeeVitTM Anterior Segment Imaging System. ReSeeVit allows me to digitally capture and archive images of the patient's eyes. I use this to educate the patient as well as having an import archive of the state their eye was in during the exam. This has been very successful for my practice as both a practice builder and new source of revenue. Not too long ago it was time to upgrade my imaging system. Prior to making a decision of what to upgrade to I conducted a thorough search to see what systems were currently available in the market. I concluded that ReSeeVitTM is by far the best imaging system on the market and upgraded to their latest elite system.

When I learned they added the Huvitz digital refraction equipment I did not hesitate to add this technology as well. The Huvitz technology has made the exam process much more enjoyable for both my patient's and me. I particularly like that it interfaces with my EHR software.

Veatch Ophthalmic Instruments has served all aspects of my equipment needs. Whether I am buying new equipment for my office or replacing supplies, Veatch is my go-to company. My account representative, Jillian Wess, has always been very informative, helpful and a pleasure to do business with.
