What are the DOMESTIC Shipping Rates?
Veatch does service all of the USA. There are some states however in which we cannot sell certain product lines because of territory limitations.
In all cases, domestic shipping charges are added after your order is created with us. Because of the nature of many of the oversized items we sell, shipping cannot be calculated with the online calculator.
A customer service professional will email you with your shipping costs/estimates once your order has been reviewed. Orders will not ship until the shipping has been added / cleared.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally. If there is a special case that should be considered, please contact a customer service professional by calling us at 800.447.7511.
When is shipping added to my order?
Shipping is added to your order by our customer service staff once your order has been approved. Customer service will contact you via email or phone with the exact order totals with tax (if applicable) and shipping prior to your order shipping.
When will I receive my order?
The typical time for an order to ship after we receive and approve an order is 2-3 business days. If there are any delays due to products being backordered or not in stock a customer service professional will contact you and let you know an approximate date for shipping.
Can I expedite a shipment?
Standard shipping costs are estimated with common ground carrier. If you are in need of receiving your products in a more expedited manner, please contact our customer service department at 800.447.7511.
How do I change my shipping address?
To edit an address, click on My Account. The details of your account are displayed. Click on the Edit button below the address that has to be changed.
Where will my package ship from?
After going through an inspection to ensure they are not broken prior to shipment, most shipments come from our headquarters in Tempe AZ. In some cases, items may drop ship from our supplier to expedite your order.
