...I started looking for a digital refraction system almost 2 years ago. At that time my primary reason was to alleviate chronic shoulder pain that I developed from conventional refracting. I can honestly tell you that after 2 years of using the new system I am symptom free. However, what started as a pain relief system quickly turned into the best financial and practice building system that I have seen. The speed and accuracy has been unbelievable. I noticed a significant reduction in RX redo’s as patient response is much improved during the refraction process. I recently added Office Mate and the interface with the system saves even more time. The bottom line is that the system allows me to do a better exam and more accurately in a shorter period of time which adds 2-4 patients per day. The wow factor alone increases patient referrals. Besides the equipment, the Veatch team has been great to work with. Their personal attention to problem solving is unmatched in the industry.
